Asking Your Mom A Recipe

Asking your Mom the recipe of Pav Bhaji.

Aastha:- Mom do you remember last time when my friends came to our home you made the pav bhaji.

Mother:- Yes i do dear. So, what happened?

Aastha:- My friends simply loved it. And they have been asking me your pav bhaji recipe since that day. I use to forget all time. Today also at school Sheena asked me for it. I told her that tomorrow for sure i will tell her. Please tell me your recipe so that i can tell that to my friends.

Mother:- Sure why not. Now listen carefully:- This recipe is for 4people.

Ingredients:

Take 4-5 Tomato's, 2-3 green chilly
2-3 Onion
2 Potato's, Cauliflower, Cabbage, carrot, Capsicum, Brinjal, long melon (calabash). Cut all vegetables into very thin pieces. Boil potatoes and mash them. Now boil all the vegetables that you have sliced. Now slice the onion into very small pieces. Take some oil in a pan. Put some Cumin seeds and Asafoetida powder. Now add this sliced onion pieces to it and little salt. Saute it till golden brown at low flame. In the mean time take tomatoes and grind it in the mixer with green chilly. Now as the onion turns into golden brown add this tomato paste to it. Now add all the spices to it like salt according to taste, red chilly powder, and turmeric powder. Now cook it at low flame till the paste starts leaving oil. Mash the boiled vegetables properly and add it to the onion-tomato paste. Now add the mashed potatoes to it. At last add Garam masala and pav bhaji masala to it. Cook it again at medium flame for 5-10 minutes and then at low flame for 5-10 minutes. Now at last add coriander leaves for garnishing. Now your pav bhaji is ready.
