Viraj:- Around 10days before i launched my telephone complain that it is dead and till now its not working.

Employee:- Sir can i know your complain number that had been given to you at the time of complain as a reference number.

Employee:- Ok sir, wait for 2minutes i will just check it and then tell you its status.

Viraj:- ok.

Employee:- Actually sir there is some technical problem but in 1 week it will be ok for sure.
